Abflex Ab Toning Belt Reviews: Scam or Legit?

I really like this Abflex Ab Toning Belt. It is affordable. Super easy to use and it’s small enough to take with you.

My first TENS machine was straight from the medical stuff…different sticky pads and they sent lots of batteries. My aunt had neck surgery (spinal cord) and I stole it from her. It was just part of her medical stuff.Also, I’m a bodybuilder so I did not use it for injuries…just to flex while I chill. This thing has some kick to it. If you turn it up too fast you might feel a sting like burning, but it will go away. I only gave less stars for comfort because it’s kind of small. Also…This thing will get rid of any pain. I have knee pain and couldn’t squat…using this before weighted squats has helped alot. It’s helped in general. But again it’s kinda small.My main beef with it…the buttons are too sensitive. It will go off on just placing it face down.What I really like about it, is I don’t have to buy new pads constantly like every other TENS machine I’ve owned. It was worth the money. It works better than the medical stuff.

I was so excited to get Abflex Ab Toning Belt until I did! It worked once for only a few minutes and stopped-super disappointed

When I first opened the package I seen two standard AA batteries. Right away I knew the control unit was not rechargeable unlike many other toning belts, this was a huge disappointment. I only tried it for the first time last night, one good thing is not having the need for gel pads, you only need to apply some gel, provided to contacts on the belt, I just tried the first toning setting then increased the intensity, myself, it’s ok, but I did not feel the electric pulses with the same intensity I did with other toning belts I tried in the past. I will try again, and see how things go.

I don’t like because it’s arriving very late and obviously because it’s not even working 🙈😝You charge Prime for nothing. I want refund for last month of my Prime and replace item !!Thank you

This Abflex Ab Toning Belt works good. You can feel it, and it does not use any gel pads. You just mist it with water and it velcros around to hold tight. My only complaint is that the buttons on the round electronic things are very sensitive to touch. They turned on before I even got the item unboxed. One of the three has a loose display that I had to put back on. It works pretty well. You can definitely it doing something.

Abflex Ab Toning Belt fits well, is comfortable to wear, easy to set up and has a secure velcro closure AND YET DOES NOTHING. I have three others that I rotate each night for 60 minutes, but this one barely feels like it is ‘on.’ The others I have pulse and you can feel the stimulation and ‘thumping’ or ‘pounding’ effect. This one feels like it is just a belt, not stimulation.

This is amazing!! I really like it!! Easy to use no sticky stuff to worry about and it’s as effective as the sticky kind.I posted review before but somehow Amazon did not post it even though I did not have any negative comments or anything bad about the product it’s on posting this again this is so annoying

love this Abflex Ab Toning Belt just arrived yesterday and i had a quick run through the programmes and intensities and i have to say its great and just know this will work, bought it as an extra boost for my swimming and cycling looking forward to getting started

Very easy to use, better than those “patch” version in my opinion. Just spray some water and use, simple.

I was able to use all three pieces twice. I made sure to charge them, but I don’t think it’s the electronic pieces, I think it’s the pads. Three out of four pads on the arms no longer transmit any signal. Only after using twice! The abs pad still works fine.

Terrible product. Doesn’t work half of the time. The remote keeps turning off, not completing the session. Save your money, and don’t purchase it

Unpacked the thing and used it an hour later. Seems to be strong and work so far but hard to say how long it will hold together. The top cover of one of the electrode’s already came off and I haven’t had it a single day.. seems incredibly overpriced..

The pads are half the size of slender tone and you cant tighten the belt so it is quite loose, returning.

No gel pads to replace make this a whole lot better than the others I’ve tried. Also, the charging cord is designed to charge all three simultaneously which is nice

This product says it will tone muscles but in my experience it is just a massager. If I want bigger muscles, I will have to list weights. This just buzzes my body. I was very disappointed. It says to wear it while working out but it is very uncomfortable and hot and makes it hard to move properly.

First time using this belt so had to get used to the tingle but the results are in and worth it.

Easy to use… have not used to consistently to know if it’s working. But I feel it and I have hopefulness that it will.

K so i started on day on and it relly felt like i did a workout. I was sweating. Its been a few weeks and im still at it, i evel lost 5 lbs. Hopefully itll give me some abs or at least strong enough to withstand good punches while i kickbox… good product so far.I use it 3 time a week for about 15 min.. turned up the intensity after every week..feels weird at first but u will get used to it and feel like u actually did a few hundred situps..thank you for this

The Abs Stimulator is easy to use and you can wear it discretely under any shirt. Light & effective. I use it while I’m sitting & reading or out walking with my dog.

I bought this app and arm stimulator only because it came with both the arms and the stomach but I did not expect it to work that well. I have been using it for a couple of weeks at a lower setting. I recently put it at a higher setting, but I’m still not even to the highest, I’ve noticed slight muscle mass like look wise and it also is a nice addition to my new workouts. The only complaint that I have is the little touchscreen things are easy to accidentally bump or touch, and it changes the settings which restarts the time, but simple solution keep your arms And hands from flowing around

The product arrived as advertised. Well packed and very nice quality. I typically wear 38-40 waist pants and I am unable to keep this attached with the small amount of Velcro that reaches. It is disappointing as it seems to do well when I hold it in place. The variable intensity is nice. I also noticed that the buttons are very sensitive. You have to be careful not to let your shirt touch the controls.

I use Abflex Ab Toning Belt before using the ab roller. Great combo for ab growth.

The belt does not lay flat around my waist or my stomach. It leaves a big gap up top no matter how tight I make it. You would have to be shaped like a perfect tube. For reference I am 5’3” 125 lbs.

I’ve been trying to put the batteries in for 30 minutes now because the screws are so tight and I can’t and tighten them.Luckily I happened to have a tiny screwdriver but who does?I called the 800 number but of course nobody is there

This product takes 3 AAA batteries. The battery compartment has 4 screws. The belt is no longer adjustable in length. The electrical pulses are a joke. Must turn it up to 99 to feel anything, and all you feel is a slight zap. Nothing at all to do anything to work the muscles. Joy buzzers have more current than this. Big WASTE of money.

the electrical impulses were not very strong at all . i i even had the belt on 99 setting and i did not feel much. so would like to retrun the item .

Its helps me to burn fat along with, a tube Conductive gel which helps and its easy to use but what I find really annoying about this device not only is on half battery mode all the freakin’ time even though I’ve changed the batteries, it makes no difference and worse part is when I’m trying to do my fat-burning workout, both pressure channels keep on rebooting themselves to zero in the device and if I don’t do something about this within roughly 10 seconds, the device starts again so, its a mediocre product. I’ve spent £50 expecting it to be good quality, not some lame-ass mediocre product! I almost had an asthma attack with the stupid-ass disruptive reboots. I’m making do using this product before I get myself a new abs-toner that’s better than this lame-ass mediocre product!

I just bought this product. Charged it up and for the first 10 minutes, it was tense on level 6! However, ever since, I have it on level 15 and it’s not that tense. I even changed to another charged device. It’s like it only worked for 10 minutes and then lost all its strength. I’m bummed.

The belt works well. It always feels loose though. The problem with this. It’s indicative of the throw away society we live in. You have to put batteries in it. So it means you keep consuming batteries. And the gel you have to use doesn’t last long. So there are long term cost implications. Get a slendertone of something that’s rechargeable. And doesn’t require constant outlay

No replacement for the gym but does get your muscles going

Abflex Ab Toning Belt definitely works your muscles out. One of the power buttons was not working properly, the face popped off. There are four little springs that go in each selection. Had to slide the cover in right to get it to work right. Figured that out the hard way. Felt like my muscle was being punched hard on my arm. Couldn’t get it to go down a level, or shut off. So I unstrapped it, but my fingers touched the pad, and I got a nice shock. Be careful of that. Also one of the charging ports does not work. It’s not worth it to send it back. I’ll charge on the other port once one is done charging. All in all it’s a great product. I hope it works in the long run. Runway bod here I come. Bye bye mom bod. Lol

It is under no way fit to lose belly weight but you can use it to massage back and other parts that hurt

Product came as described. You can definitely notice your muscles are sore after using it showing it does work. As a bigger person I only wish the belt part had additional length to fit around my waist. Maybe some sort of extension could be sold along with it.

It fits me great but doesn’t stick with the wife. I have to wrap around her arm twice to fit. Other than that it’s great!

The belt makes you sweat, making lose some pounds that you might have been carrying for whatever reason. I’ve only had the belt a couple of weeks and it does make my abs feel somewhat sore, so it might be doing more than just making lose water weight.

This new ABS Stimulator I purchased is really a good belt for the belly one down fall is it runs too small I have use a safety pin too when I put it on I have a 40 in. Waist!!!!

Does well used it every other day, 2 times 30 min each, for the last 2 weeks. The first 3 days of use I was sore like doing situps.

On my friends recommended this product for me I wanted to work on my abs. Since I work at home, so this would be great to use while working. When I thought it was, but I can feel it working on my arms and tummy. Is easy use but I will start off low and then worked up to a higher setting.

This item arrived in a timely manner. I have used similar items when I was rehabbing my knee. I must say that this product far exceeded my expectations. If you are new to these type of devices, I would suggest to start off with your comfort zone. The shocks that stimulate the muscles can sting a tad bit but it doesn’t take long to get use to it and be able to turn it up a notch. I must confess my first time using it and just doing the one cycle thru the program, it felt like I had done a couple hundred sit-ups without the strain on your neck and back. I recommend this to anyone who is serious about building stronger abs and so forth. Definitely belongs in the 5 star club.

Took a couple of weeks to see results (which it does explain that beforehand). Easy to use. The different mode settings are nice, and I find it relaxing!

I bought it and didn’t open until Oct17,2023, Upon putting the batteries inside the small electric box and turning it on, it didn’t do anything. Only the light work, nothing else. This is junk. I wouldn’t recommend it. save your money. Lucky it still was under warranty by Amazon.

For $50…..I got a lot more than I expected. My abs were pretty much hidden by a small layer of stomach fat. Withn a few days of use, everyday for at least 4 hours, I really saw results. I noticed weight loss in stomach area and some toning coming in. This will certainly take a while for the results I desire but once again, it’s definitely worth the fifty bucks!!!!

Pros: easy to use, feels nice, can easily walk around and exercise with it on.Cons: weak voltage (highest level is set every time I use it too); may work well for people with small injuries but is not a product where you will see results for toning in my opinion.

Great belt. I can feel my muscles tightening with the electrodes. Works great after a work out. Also can be used as a tens unit for ur back. Arms pads fit good. Has a great velcro thick strap. Doesn’t pop off randomly or when worn tight. Comes with charge cords and 3 shock units that snap in to the belts. Also comes with a water bottle. The instructions are alittle hard to understand. May have to do alittle research online if there’s anything ur curious about.

This thing definitely makes you feel like you worked out without working out. I like the different levels and LOVE that it doesn’t shock you from time to time or hurt at all like other brands I have tried. It’s also wonderful for legs when they are sore or cramping..kinda like a massage in a way

I really didn’t know what to expect but I’ve heard good things so I thought I would give it a try. It fits well and it’s comfortable. This item also arrived quickly and is packaged very well. Im not sure I’ve seen results just yet but it’s very soon to tell.

Definitely start on low and work up. I have lost 1 inch from my midsection and haven’t changed my daily routine except started wearing the stimulator. I am amazed how it is actually works. Haven’t used on my arms as much, but I have noticed that I am getting more muscle in my upper arms.

Belt does not function at all. LCD comes on but no stimulation for the abs no type of electrodes.

I like how comfortable it is I can lay down and let it go to work. The appearance is soft and durable and thought I can make it tighter but cannot. It fits right but I don’t like that I cannot make it tighter so I can actually feel the intensity. I have it on 99 and it is not extreme. I thought it was gone be where I can barely take it and that I will need to turn it down. I think the intensity needs to go up some more. It’s ok to relax with it and just to get the massage it’s giving. But I would of prefer where it’s like I’m doing crunching.

Maybe this works well for someone with a pretty flat stomach, but I have a bit of fat still left after significant weight lost.. and it is hard to find a position where this feels like it is activating any muscles at all, and when it is activating muscles, it doesn’t feel like they are doing any work at all, even on the highest setting…. and if I move around, it loses its spot and goes back to doing nothing. I think I am better off setting aside 10-15 minutes for a dedicated ab workout.

The belt is so short and because it didn’t specify what the waist size I figured it would have a decent stretch, a one size fits all if you will but to my disappointment it wouldn’t fit me…. 🥺 I may be a big guy but I’m not too big🤷🏼‍♂️😤

Love the intensity levels, compared to the rechargeablke ones. At least I can “feel” the crunches.But – it’s subtly different from the pictures. The control holder is almost at the front, so it wonlt staty in if you are sat down (as I am when I use it at work!). ALso – I have this to toghten abbs – which suggest my wait may be on the slightly larger side. The belt only just joins at the back. I can find no “waist size” on the product spec – they could upsel an extension belt if needed (or S/M/L/XL)??If the control unit stayed in the pouch and the belt was just a little longer, this would be 5*+

It’s ok. The contractions are not very strong. It is easy to use but overcomplicated (warm up options etc) given that, even of max setting, it is not a vigorous workout.

I brought this product, with some scepticism as I had brought an E.M.S. product before, however, this had been easier, firstly there are no replaceable pads you need to buy, and it is battery powered which I have found easier than needing to often recharge it. I have been using on a low setting first doing the warm up then on toning or another workout setting.I have lost weight also and I feel that will improve how the product works, I would recommend this if you want firmer abs, if you combine this with ab exercises, as well as reduced calorific intake and more exercise. I believe your get better results, hope this review is helpful and useful.

I’m not skinny, and you would think, great this is for me, I not crazy fat (just a 40 inch waist) but this was not even close. I already returned it so I have to guess but I would have had to have about a 8″-12″ more of belt to wear as intended. Sure, I have a bit of a belly, hence I thought this product might help, but no if your more than a (I’m guessing here) 32″ waist and a “slim fit” already this will likely not fit you. I guess this product is intended only for the already skinny who want to remove the last centimeters (fraction of “an” inch). Too small for general public, will not fit anyone bigger the a small to medium sized person, if you are not small person, don’t buy.Note: I can’t speak to features or quality as it didn’t fit, me (normal sized person, dad bod).

Sent it back because first time I used it I could tell it was on but I couldn’t tell if it was actually doing anything. Second time it literally shocked me after a couple minutes. Not like a little static shock, but a big zap in one area unrelated the it’s pulsing program. Unsafe! Scared me. Why did I really believe it’d work? It’s only batteries and I doubt I’d fried my insides, but it was very uncomfortable and made me realize it’s not for me. Amazon was quick to accept it back and get a refund issued, so I’m thankful.

This belt does absolutely nothing ,barely feel anything at highest level 99 does not contract any muscles ,belt is nicely made but that is about it . I am returning this belt I do not recommend at all . Other down fall is not rechargeable have to unscrew 4 screws to insert batteries maybe that is why item is sooo weak 3 aaa batteries no power

If you want to become Schwarzenegger forget it and you will not loose weight with it. BUT it definitely reinforces the abdominal belt when used regularly, that is excellent for your back. You can do almost everything while using it. The “pocket” could be a bit bigger…

Horrible product broken already. I was concerned when the product arrived damaged but it worked fine so I kept it. Not it just wont stay on for anything

I am in my fifties and don’t workout alot,, just enough to get by, but I was looking for an edge to keep up with the younger guys that were picking up the hot chick’s. Well I found it with this product. Within the first two weeks I was seeing results in my core. Amazing product, for the price very happy.

My husband tried using this and he says it feels like he’s being electrocuted. I like it, and have no idea what he’s talking about ! 😅I’ve had something similar in the past and liked it, but the sticky parts wore out quickly, this doesn’t have sticky parts so I don’t have to worry about that! It’s not something I would ever rely on to get a six pack, but it could help you on your way!

So I remember these things from about 15 years ago and they didn’t work however I wondered since it has been a long time since then I wondered if the technology had improved as it has in a lot of other health products especially since this one had a lot of good reviews. Well I have used this several times on max level for the suggested 30 minutes and while it hurt some it just felt like being shocked. It did not cause muscle soreness like I had been working them out as I would have from a normal workout and I did not feel my abdominal muscles engage while using it. I do not think this does anything. I am pretty sure the people that are giving it good reviews are just thinking bc it hurts it is working. Well, if you aren’t getting soreness after there is no point in this. You are just wasting your time and shocking yourself for fun. It almost felt like a massage to me but not a particularly pleasant one.

Satisfied with my purchase. With so many options to choose from I decided to go with this belt. Other belts riquire gel pads. People need to understand that NO belt in the market is going to give you a flat stomach or 6 pack abs without an actual workout and good nutrition. This belt will defently help you tone out your stomach with proper workout. 5 warm up modes and 5 more intensive modes. Easy to assemble, doesn’t feel cheap and you can you use water if gel runs out. I recomend it.

I have had this thing over 2 years now, I did start using it when I first received it but I found that the program descriptions do not match the stimulations that the belt gives. I put it away in a cupboard for 20 months because I was disappointed with the sensations and felt I was getting no benefit. I have just started reusing it and I am still disappointed, the programs do not accurately describe the stimulations that the belt provides and like others have mentioned it is hard to distinguish between the 10 programs and they are very much alike. If I select Drumming Program it does a very short period of drumming but then goes off and does something else like kneading, if I wanted kneading I would have selected it. I am not an expert with these devices so maybe there is a reason why it does this. Another issue is the the program legends are in small writing so they are difficult to read without a magnifying glass. It was not that cheap at time of purchase being nearly £50, honestly don’t waste your money just do sit ups because they are free.

This ab belt is so easy to use. No need to replace the pads. Can use with either the gel or just water. Absolutely love it.

Not worth the money got a cheap one for less that worked better this one don’t work worth a squat yes I changed the batteries. I now just use it as a belt to hold a cheap belt I got for 19$ works 100 times better then this product.

Do not waste your money. This belt is cheaply made and does not stay put . The electric handheld part of the belt heats up to a point that it slightly burns your inner arm if your arm brushes over it while you walk or exercise with the belt .

I ordered this ab belt thinking it was going to be as good as the Domas Ab Belt since it had a lot more reviews but boy was I wrong. This ABFLEX Ab Belt is not even close to being as powerful even though it goes up to “100.” It literally did NOTHING for the abs or the obliques. Just tickled a little bit whereas the Domas Ab Belt actually contracts the abs. I ended up returning this ABFLEX and repurchasing the Domas Ab Belt because I had such great results with it. It also has 3 pads that actually work the obliques as well. The difference is night and day. You can actually see/feel it working the abs with the Domas belt (even at 1/4 strength) whereas I barely felt anything with this ABFLEX belt. Moral of the story is dont base your purchases off ratings. Clearly none of the people that purchased the ABFLEX belt have tried the Domas Ab Belt because if they had they would know that the ABFLEX is inferior in every way. If you’re looking for a proper ab belt that actually works I would say DO NOT purchase this belt. Go check out the Domas Ab Belt and experience what a real ab belt should be. You will thank me later. I like it, just in order to change the batteries, you need to unscrew the cover with a screwdriver every time, not comfortable
