I’m quite impressed. I had doubts about its ability to function as effectively as it does. It comes with two sticky pads for your arms or legs and one sticky pad to place on your abs. I was astounded by how strong the pulsation is. It has six distinct settings, each with a different range of strengths. I can feel and see my legs and abs contracting. It hurts almost like my muscles are working, but in a good way.It would be nice to have extra stickies to replace it when they get less sticky, but that is really a small complaint.

Decent stimulator for the money
I got this stimulator for Xmas after I had an operation and I was told I wasn’t allowed to lift weights and needed to take it easy. I’ve used this on my biceps, triceps, chest, and stomach. I can definitely feel it and I like that you can very the pattern and the level of stimulation. Just like many wrote, the adhesion pads are not that great, the replacement ones that came with it were worse. That it the only real complaint I have.

WOW!! Super strong
I am super impressed. I didn’t think it would actually work as well as it does. It comes with sticky pads to put on your abs as well as 2 for your legs or arms. The pulsation is SO strong, I was amazed. It has 6 different settings and range of strengths for each setting. My abs and legs visibly contract and I can feel it. It is almost painful, but in a good “my muscles are working” way.The only thing I wish it had was extra stickies to exchange it once they lose their stickiness, but that is minor.

I’ve been curious about EMS stimulators for a while so thought I would try this. I’m not necessarily looking to lose weight, but am always trying to strengthen my core.At first I didn’t think the device was doing anything. Then I turned up the setting and was like whoa. It felt really weird at first, but then I noticed I felt contractions in my abdomen like when I do crunches. It started to feel warm but without feeling too hot.I like that I can work on my core and abs while sitting down and watching TV so I’m not just completely vegging out. Not sure how often I’ll use this but maybe more when I’m feeling too low energy to exercise, or after some cardio.

At first the misspellings on the box make the thing seem a little sketchy— However, it’s really easy to set up, good quality, and I could feel my muscles getting firmer the more I used it! It might be a little painful at first, but you get used to it after a while and it actually gets really comfortable. Just try not to put the thing at a higher level than 3 at first, I’d say that’s the highest level that doesn’t feel really bad for the first use.

I bought this Active Core Pro because I am lazy and don’t want to work out after a whole day work. This first day I put this one and followed the instruction. The mode 2 and 3 are fore reducing fat. After a few sessions, my abs has the feeling that after 50 reps of sit-up. Pretty cool. I can do this while driving or just walking. It help me stay awake. It also has the mode to massage the muscle. Seems to do well at contracting muscles but maybe not great for sensitive skin.
It does really well at contracting muscles and giving a decent feeling ‘workout’. There are lots of options and multiple different settings to chose from.Only two issues I had were some of the settings seemed to not benefit from the increased levels on the upper tiers…settings 5-6 etc. They seemed to work better at lower settings of say 1-5 instead of 6-19.Also, be careful of sensitive skin. You may want to buy some hypoallergenic gel patches to use with these. But that can be expected I suppose.

I’m a middle age guy.. too busy to exercise and decided to buy this Active Core Pro. On the 1st try I had it for 5 minutes while working and I felt I did a 50 sit ups. I used to have a similar device 5 years ago but with 2 pads only and need to move the pads in another areas after each session. This one is very convenient and covers all areas I need to exercise.
