I wanted to share my experience with the Flex Belt a product that has played a significant role in my weight loss journey. I initially started using the belt when I was actively pursuing my desired weight through a combination of dieting and regular exercise.The belt was a fantastic addition to my routine, helping me achieve a more toned and shaped abdomen. However, life took an unexpected turn last year when I was involved in an accident resulting in a back fracture. The pain was so intense that I had to halt my exercise routine and even struggled with basic activities like cooking. This unfortunate situation led to weight gain, and I found myself with an extra 60 lbs.Determined to get back on track, I remembered the positive impact the Flex Belt had on my physique. After a diligent search, I located the belt and have been using it for the past month. The results have been promising – my once bloated abdomen is taking on a more defined shape, and I’ve been diligently counting calories to aid my weight loss efforts.It’s important to note that the Flex Belt isn’t a magic solution on its own. Combining its use with a healthy diet and calorie counting has proven to be the key to success. I wear the belt every day, pushing it to the limits until the battery runs out. I HAVE TRIED OTHER ABB STIMULATORS AND THIS ONE IS THE BEST I HAVE TRIED. IN ADDITION, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EXPERIENCED WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

 The first thing I do it’s put on changer en 45 mins later try to used, remember buy good stuff.

We have just started to use this but feel the results immediately.

I am soooooo happy with thr new design and model. I had the original Flex Belt, the one were you had to change the pads and this is a wonderful improvement!!! No pads and it only uses water is amazing. The other improvement is the different levels and intensity. Normal ab belts don’t have a high intensity level due to the complexity of how it was made, but this belts construction allows it to have high intensity levels. Such an improvement!!!! The belt is smaller so it targets specific areas that I want to work on. Other belts that are larger doesn’t allow this and it can hurt over time. This is a must have if you are looking to increase your mid section goals!!!

I’ve tried 4 different brands. This one is painless, has better intensity, and longer sets at 30 minutes. 10/10

Have had it for 2 days and loving the belt so far. Easy to use and can feel my muscles tightening while using it which is what you want when working out. Plus don’t have the back pain that comes with doing crunches on the floor.

I did not like this. It just gave me a sharp pain where it was shocking me. It didn’t even feel like it was making my muscles do anything.

Power adapter is very difficult and it’s very hard to attach remote to the belt. I avoid using this product because it’s so difficult to attach. Please re-design.

I’ve used 3 other belts including the Flex Belt X-70 this unit is based off of and this is by far the best performer behind the discontinued flex belt. This thing can and will hurt you if you’re not careful. It’s one and only downfall is the lack of gel pads, gel pads would have made this a 10/10 product for safety reasons. I use this belt on it’s maximum level and have painfully bruised my skin, using water as a conductor is simply not as reliable or safe as a gel pad and should have not been used for a product that is as powerful as this. I’d personally stick to a Flex Belt if you can cough up the price for one elsewhere for that reason alone, especially if you’re someone who wishes to push this belt to its limit. Better safe than sorry, unless you want bruising.

 Didn’t have very high expectations for this but I’m pleasantly impressed. Very strong. It does fit large and adjusting it to fit snug on a smaller waist is a little tricky. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a new item and the adhesive and charger were not in the box. Too bad

This is great! The belt is very comfortable and the pad area inside has four places that become active. This comes with an extender, a spray bottle for assisting in damping the pads, cords, the storage pouch, belt and a very nice controller. The little spray bottle, as simple as this seems, is absolutely brilliant. I struggle with getting the pads adequately damp on my other belt. I didn’t even think about spray. The belt has a storage area sleeve to place the controller in the front. No more putting the controller in my pocket. The controller is easy to use with nice large buttons to see easily. The readout is digital and the controller charges quickly. This is a superior belt for comfort and overall use, and quality and design. 5 stars for me!

Flex Belt worked well for about 10 times. Now I get a Err message and it doesn’t fully work. I can only assume it has little durability.

EMS can build muscle for you, but you have to be willing to use this belt in the highest level, and be consistent. However, while I do love the FlexBelt Mini, I found a belt for abs (By the brand MarCool) that I think is better (stronger power, less hassle).

It is my first time using this device but it doesn’t work even though the battery is charged.

I can feel my muscles contract when I use this belt. After using it, I can feel soreness in my abdominals , so it must be working. The process is not the most pleasant, however. It feels like hundreds of little needles pinching my skin in the abdominal area. It took me some time to adjust to it, and every time I dread it slightly before I press the “on” button. But since it exercises my muscles, I stick with it :). It also beats back-pain from overdoing sit-ups.

I am disabled and have a lot of back pain. I wanted to use this for the pain and to help strengthen my core. Not as powerful as I hoped.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get this because it might just be the same as every other belt out there, but this one works wonders for my chronic lower back pain. I had to use this backwards hoping that it will offer some relief for my back. It reminds of my tens unit, without having to deal with those sticky patches. The initial shock wave was a little too intense so I had to keep adjusting the setting to get to a more comfortable feel. And it’s working wonders so far!

I really love all of the different things you can do with this belt, from ab work to using as a TENS machine on my back. The 4 pads, along with the included water bottle, make it simple to get the pads wet and put it in place so that you don’t feel the sting associated with dry pads pricking your skin. However, I have a 33″ waist and this barely connects to the velcro at that length. This was truly intended for people with a waist over 35″ or more. I will probably get an additional piece of velcro and attach it further out on the belt so I can actually tighten it around my waist the way it should be attached. Otherwise, an excellent product.

I like that the product is easy to use and that it doesn’t require gel pads that has to be bought over and over again.

Definitely the strongest muscle stim on the market, leaves me sore after use

This is great to work your abs for people who have back problems and can’t spend time doing sit up and crunches due to back pain I know abs are built by dieting and eating correctly but this is a good addition to that works gets and impressed

Packs a punch on the higher settings. It does NOT eliminate belly fat but it feels like it does enhance your abs if you’re somewhat on the thinner side. I’m not sure you’ll see much of a difference if you have a lot of belly fat.

My abs were extremely sore the day after using this workout belt and it was effortless. I was never able to get my abs anywhere close to this sore from doing sit-ups and crunches. And with doing hundreds of sit-ups my back would end up hurting some which isn’t good. I highly recommend this product.

It’s a bit more powerful than my previous ab belts

I was a bit skeptical about ordering because of the price. But I’m glad I decided to try this.The customer service is top notch, and they make after purchase support easy.The belt itself reminds me of my TENS unit, except instead of adhesive gel pads the stimulation device is built into the belt.The shock waves are a bit uncomfortable at first, but nothing painful. After finding the right setting, I felt my muscles contracting.Overall I’m happy with this.

I love this product. It works great for my lower back due to the corded controller. I use this in place of my classic 10’s unit. The best part is no sticky mess for pads.Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I do not recommend this product doesn’t even work unless it’s at 85 setting, you can’t return this so do your self a favor and buy something else that has a return policy or exchange policy so you don’t lose all your money.

The belt to tone my abdomen causes sciatica pain, I’m very sad

I think the research is still out on ab toning belts but I thought I’d give the Pro Fitness Workout belt a try. I didn’t really know what to expect but after charging up the controller and strapping on the belt and turning up the intensity as documented in manual I was surprised that I felt something like a series of tiny punches delivered to my abdomen. After a few punches I turned down the intensity and the stimulation felt rather pleasant.I intensity of the stimulation can be set individually for each side of the abdomen. There’s also a program setting that adjusts both sides of the abdomen simultaneously. There are 10 modes and apparently the deliver a variety of muscle stimulation. I cycled through these modes in an attempt to determine how each differed from the other but each time I cycled to the next mode the intensity level reset so I was unable to make an intelligent comparison.The online description states there “10 workout programs, 150 intensity, from warm-up to high-intensity exercise and finally to relaxation” but the included manual is silent what each workout program delivers. The intensity levels are easier to judge because you feel the comfort level but still the question remains, at what intensity do you receive the most benefit?The lack of any kind description on what all the levels and intensities is a major flaw with this tool. I searched online but the problem was the same, there’s scant information of how to optimally use these belts. The description for this particular belt states that you will see results if you use the belt 5 days a week for 3 months.Bottom line, the belt delivers various intensities of stimulation in various modes but the effectiveness of all that has yet to be seen. I better manual with some explanation of the meaning of all these settings would improve the effectiveness of this product.

I was looking for something to use on my commute to help. I wanted something where I didn’t have to replace the gel pads later and was strong enough to feel the tension. Tried one from a different company first, but felt the power was too weak. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for.” I chose not to go the 39.99 route. So far is seems to do the job. I can feel the impulses (60 range and up for the serious contenders).Tip: spray a lot of water on the pads and your stomach for best results.

I received this the next day. I really like this belt w remote so I am right now using on my back area and it is working great. I previously purchased another belt from this company and that works great also. Their customer service is also expedient in responding when I had a question. So I wanted to try this one w remote to use on my back area and it is working perfect. I set the force at 48 with no discomfort at all for me. Another great design feature is when finished charging it beeps. So I am planning on buying the smart thin leg wrap.

I really love how comfortable this belt is. There’s a pocket for the remote and it’s not bulky or heavy. It’s such a relief and peace of mind that don’t have to worry about the pads being too sticky or sticking to my skin when I take off the belt (like similar belts I’ve tried) I really love that these built in pads don’t ever need to be replaced! Just spray water (comes with a small spray bottle) and you’re good to go! It’s super easy to use and easier to clean! This is the BEST belt I’ve had so far! I definitely recommend!

Paid the full price, didn’t receive the full product. I got a box with the belt and that was all. No controller means the belt is not usable at all.

This is the first abs belt I have used for everyday use and it has been going good. It was a bit confusing for a day or two on how to use it but I got used to the settings and got used to it. I researched other belts similar to this and found this has more settings that would help. The belt had different power levels that you can gradually increase or decrease which helped a lot. It took some time to adjust to your abdominal area to get the best feel of the pads. I use it occasionally every week and do feel a difference in my body.I would recommend it to others but don’t use it as a primary workout.

I read a couple reviews and thought I would buy it because it went on sale. I used the item one time and it worked… charged it and used it a second time and an error came on and it never worked again. I tried to email the manufacturer but they said to contact Amazon.

I’ve tried other belts that worked great, but the power level maxxed out way too low. This belt has 10x the power levels of my best previous belt. So far, so good! 👍

This is the third type of EMS belt I buy, and it is the only one that really gives me results and it’s strong enough for me to back off the intensity. So far I have been able to increase the intensity to 85 for the last 10 minutes of the #8 program 40 minute session. It is a clone of the original Flex Belt that is off the market at this time.When I started using it I was fitting my 36″ pants snuggly, now after a few weeks I am loosely fitting back in my 34’s, but the big change started to happen once I increased the intensity past 50. You really need to challenge yourself if you want to get results, just like working out in the gym.If you feel any tingling while using this, it is because your skin is dry. Getting wet with water, or using any of those fancy ultrasound gels won’t help, I tried it all. I came upon a review of the old Flex Belt where a user recommended hydrating the skin with lotion after a shower daily, and if possible a few minutes before using the belt, then spritzing the pads and your abs before putting it on. That did it for me, I used to get a random zap once I got close to 50, now all I feel is the muscles tensing all the way up to 85, which so far is my limit.Hope that helps.

This is a comfortable band and I can feel it working, given that my ab muscles are sore after.It’s so hard for me to bring myself to do full ab workouts at the gym and this is perfect for when I’m working from home or doing house work.I used this product before, while competing in Miss USA state pageants.

Flex Belt is very comfortable and effective! I can tell a difference since I have been using it. I recommend it for anyone who is interested.

This product comes in handy when you can’t make it to the gym. You won’t see major results, but you will see some changes with consistent use

I used the belt for 8 sessions, half hour each, at a setting of 80-90, and the pads have already worn out. I put the belt on for my 9th session only to be painfully zapped. I am considering returning just based on that. Who wants to spend $$$ replacing pads that often? They should have lasted much longer for this to be anywhere near a feasible alternative for people with medical conditions who have challenges with strength training.

I purchase a Flex Belt Abdominal Muscle Toner , Black, 24″-47″ because the reviews were good, plus it was a more expensive product than most of the others on Amazon, and I wanted to get a good one. This is a good one. I have been using 2 of these myself for the past couple of weeks, plus I got one for my wife. They fit well. I need the extension that comes with the product, which works well, too.What I didn’t want was something that shocks you, and something that doesn’t get my abdominal muscles flexing. I started out at 50 and now am up to 80, and I get some really good contractions. I position one belt just above my naval, than the other just below that. Love it!Next, I position one of the belts on my lower back. After just 2 weeks of this routine I seem to be hitting the tennis ball harder (important for someone over 65), and am able to give my son a run for his money. I hate it when he beats me all the time! Of course, I am using another muscle building program for arms and shoulders, but this fills in what I need in the abdomen. A great product!Concerning the pads, some have complained that they don’t stick well or last long. I use a wash cloth each time before exercising, and using the machine for abs and lower back each day, yet after 2 weeks the pads act as if they are new. They make a super connection and work well.

This was my very first item like this. So before trying it I watched a few YouTube videos. Definitely….. Definitely….. Definitely make sure you spray the little things because if not it WILL hurt. I have not been super consistent so I can’t say how well it works…. I am going to try and be more consistent. The material is super durable. I do wish it was a little wider. I does have a little pocket for the controller which I really like. The direction we’re a challenging to comprehend so I know the very basic about how to use it. It is cool you can change “vibration” pattern and intensity

 The entire belt came in used with gel tabs already touching someone else’s body. All packaging was crumbled in shoved in the box

This belt is INTENSE!!!!! Totally shakes my entire body! I have to admit that I haven’t been using it religiously, but I plan on it!! I pray it works because if it doesn’t, I’ll be mad as he** for torturing myself for nothing. I’ll update!!

I love that I don’t have to replace gel pads with this ab belt; like I did with a previous one. I enjoy the different modes and intensity levels offered! Battery life is great between charges! Very easy to use, and works great! A couple of things I wish were options; 1. The intensity could be adjusted for both sides simultaneously. 2. When you pause it, you are allowed to lower the intensity level, so it doesn’t immediately give you full level intensity when you resume your session.

Product was opened when I got it and there were no gel pads and no remote control to operate the belt so now I cannot use the product. $250 product being returned

This was my first time using something like this and I was not impressed. There were no instructions. It’s kinda flimsy. I’ll stick to gym/home workouts.

Flex Belt really does work. It contracts the abominable muscles and obliques. In combination with working out this can really help. Great quality and easy to use.

My muscles did feel sore after use – it after having used this for a few weeks at least 5 times a week I cannot see any discernible changes externally. I do not much flab (I.e. none – so would see a difference, a six pack was not hiding under layers of fat lol).The controller is easy to use and the belt is easy to position. The water spray helps with adhesion.

Product was unusable because parts were missing. When I called the manufacturer, they were in liquidation.

I wouldn’t buy another the quality is gone down the quantity and then whoever packed it has coffee stains all over it so I don’t think this product was new. I will keep it we sanitized it but this is the second time I have received a package with whoever is packaging it up for coffee, stains all over the instructions and the product, I will not buy those particular products again and I’m going to post it also on Facebook U tube and Instagram

I liked the fact that the Flex Belt sticks to you and you don’t have to readjust it very much however I was disappointed because it feels like a very expensive TENS unit. I don’t get the feeling of a workout or anything

I actually thought this worked pretty well. I wore it while doing the stair master at the gym. I noticed an improvement in abdominal tone. I decided to replace the gel pads. I originally got generics and they shocked me. So I tried the brand name replacement pads and it still shocked me. I believe it’s due to some stretching or warping of the fabric. (From sweating and a snug fit) I reported this to customer service and they didn’t want to replace the device. Told me that I should try purchasing new replacement pads because somehow the generic pads I used messed up the name brand pads. They told me if that didn’t work I could call and file a complaint because it’s a medical device. Basically the agent didn’t care and didn’t want to offer a replace me a replacement. So now after looking at it for months I’m just going to toss it. Very disappointed because I thought it was effective to start

I had higher expectations for this product.As mentioned by other reviewers, the size is really not as large as the listing would lead you to believe and the instructions are not very helpful.I didn’t find it easy to put on, but I suppose with some kind of practice I’d find a technique.So… it does work. But the whole thing felt a little “chinsey” to me. I think at the price point they are asking it should be a more complete and better product. I have no doubt that if I stuck with the use of it, it would burn calories and make my muscles tone up, but for now, I’ll stick to working out in the old-fashioned way.

This is my first workout belt and I’m enjoying it. I did need to use the extender, and I’m glad some other reviewer said that this can be used on the legs too as I’ve been wondering about that but haven’t tried it yet.It charges easily with the controller being able to plug into the charge cord to charge, or to the workout belt when fully charged and you want to walk around. I turn it on and once I adjust the controls, I put the controller in my pocket and go on with whatever else I want to do (like right now I’m using the belt while I’m sitting here writing this review.)There are 10 different program levels (or I think of them as workouts.) Those change up how the electrodes (?) work and go off… if they go side to side, pulse, on for a while and pause for a while, and combinations of those, etc. There are a couple I don’t like and probably won’t ever use, but I like the ability to mix it up and there are 6 or 7 programs I like to do and change up each time I do it.After you set your program, you can set the intensity from 1-70. I like that you can set the intensity differently on one side than the other, as sometimes I’m sore and I want to go a little easier on that side. I would definitely start slow but the first 10 are definitely very easy. I start feeling like it might make a difference once I’m in the 20s, and I don’t think I’ve even had the guts to try anything over 40 yet. In the 30s you can see my whole torso twitch a bit.DEFINITELY spray the pads before you use the belt. It basically feels like you are being electrically shocked otherwise… well, I guess that’s basically what happens and how it feels no matter what, but with the pads wet it doesn’t hurt other than muscles getting the workout. They give you a small spray bottle that you can fill with water. Then just spray a few pumps worth on each pad and put it on and go.The programs seem to all be between 20-30 minutes, though there may be an outlier or two. I do wish you could control the time but I haven’t figured out how other than changing the program. That said, many times I’ll do two workouts in a row, so I’m wearing the belt for about 45 minutes. I can do this even a few times a day depending on what intensity I set it at.The only critique I have is that one of the 4 pads barely works, so the one on my left side doesn’t get the workout. To counterbalance that, I turn the belt upside-down and wear it the other way so the left side can get the workout sometimes too, and the right side gets more of a break. Because I got this for free for my review through the Vine program, that doesn’t bother me as much as I’m still so excited to use this thing. That said, if I’d paid $65 for it I definitely would have at least returned it and asked for a replacement and I’d be more upset.Results? I’ve only been using this for a few weeks, and I was sick for a week in the middle of that. When I am using it, after a couple of days, my core muscles can really feel it and I do feel stronger and tighter. It may just be that they stay tenser. I do think this helps tighten things up. It’s not going to make any significant change on its own without other exercise and diet, but I can at least FEEL a difference and feel stronger, and that makes this very worth it to me and I enjoy using it regularly. It’s just SO convenient!! I also can tuck it just under my pants while I’m wearing it, though I wouldn’t wear it out in public or anything.I’m a fan!

I quite enjoyed using this during my workout and in replacement for my workout. It’s comfortable to wear and helps relieve abdominal pain. The belt is of an excellent quality. I love the hidden pockets for the device it uses to turn on/off and edit the settings.

Have had lower back issues from an accident. This belt helps strengthen the core without doing sit-ups or other floor intensive exercises.

I read some reviews that the pads need to be lubriate, so I lather lotion all over my belly before placing the belt on.No where in the instruction guide does it say to lubricate I keep trying to find it, but I trust the community and follow suit. The belt is easy to use, just put it on and plug in the two plugs. The instruction has no guide on what the settings are, you are blind here and have to just trial and error. Since I’m curvey and have a small waist but wide hip, the belt does not hug my front lower abs that well. I don’t feel the TENs on my hip. Some of the program feels like a side ache during your runs.

Flex Belt is good if you don’t like working on your abdominal often. It tightens your abdominal muscles but I would still recommend doing sit-ups.

I use the product to tone up my abs and it is doing a great job.

The unit arrived and had no instructions. Fortunately it’s fairly dummy proof but something describing the various settings would be nice. I vaguely recall reading something in the item description and/or FAQs about keeping the pad areas damp, but there was absolutely nothing about that with the unit. Ultimately this is a tens unit designed to be used on an upper leg that they provide an extra piece of velcro to use as an extension so it’s big enough to fit around the waist.

Very east to use and works the ab muscles good

My first time using this product it went horrible i placed it on my dry stomach and turned it on high. I was in some pain. But that was my mistake. After lubricated my abdomen area and place the belt on and place it on low. It was good. So only time will tell. I will continually use it for now. The belt is comfortable with me moving around.

contraction this gives is better than other cheap ones but still not strong enough. i can get greater contraction from my workout. so the first time i used it, i went straight to max setting and it felt a bit but not enough to cause stimulation for muscle growth.

After wearing belt appropriately 30-40 times it’s coming apart as soon in picture. Not sure if it’s just defective material. I will update this review when and if I hear back from the company.

The Fitness belt was fine at first, but the electrical connection broke 3 months after purchase. I previously used the “other” name brand electrical stimulation belt with replaceable pads for ~10 years until it finally stopped working. I was disappointed to find that I could not order a replacement, so I decided to try one of the knockoffs. The permanent silicon pads were a convenient feature, but the quality of the belt wasn’t nearly as nice as my previous one. The material us bulkier and stiffer, so it wasn’t as comfortable. The controller only allowed the stimulation strength to be increased one side at a time. With my previous belt, both sides could be increased simultaneously, which saved time. But I was pretty satisfied overall – until the electrical connection stopped working. First, the belt only stimulated on one or two pads and the next time I turned it on it was dead. I am very annoyed! Yes, the belt was cheaper than my other one, but I guess you get what you pay for. Of course, the return window ended after 2 months…I am a huge fan of this style of Stimulation Belt in general. After a bad injury of my spinal cord and subsequent surgery 10 years ago, I was partially paralyzed and all of my muscles, including my core, were very weak because of nerve damage. Fortunately, I was able to walk and over ~5 years of working at it, I was able to recover to ~90% of my previous physical ability. I tried my previous belt to help strengthen my core and to limit back pain that resulted from my weak nerves and bad discs. I think using the belt was a key component of my recovery – along with a lot of walking, swimming, and PT. It also kept my waist in check, which was also nice.Overall, I am very disappointed that this relatively inexpensive belt was so poorly made and stopped working after 3 months.

Honest review here.For $67.00 I wish it was much wider… it’s only about 4 inches wide.. .but works as described.PROSThis offers 10 training programs with 150 levels of intensity … but I would argue half are not strong enough…so assume 5 training programs at the level that would be useful to you.CONSThe best is listed as fiting 24-47 inch waist. That is inaccurate. At best it fits up to 33 inches. It’s very trim and they do give you 1 extendable peice but that still only gets you to about 33 inches. SO keep that in mind.This is only about 4-5 inches tall… I wish it was 7-10… You have to use on lower abs and then switch to upper to get the whole effect. For the price I feel it should have been size bigger in all areas.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this. The size is off both in waist size and height and it’s expensive. SORRY!

Replacement pads do not stick. I love this ab belt. It works fantastic. The problem is that the replacement pads do not stick to the belt.

I don’t know about pain relief but I know my belly is tighter and slimmer after using this belt for a couple weeks! The current is very strong and I haven’t yet maxed it out!! Amazing, I love this belt!

I got this product to lose those 3 last inches of top belly fat. My abs are in decent shape, but the skin and the inner muscles need to meet, and after losing 20 lbs, I needed some extra help. The belt requires charging quite often, and assembly is cumbersome. You cannot wear it while exercising, maybe during a walk (where nobody can see you) or just standing in front of a TV to endure the 20 minutes, minimum required. I guess you could hide it under a baggy shirt and put the remote control in the pocket. The sensation is very unpleasant, I used it a few times really curious if it could work. I know anatomy and physiology fairly well to see that the action is too random, and the muscle crunch is less effective than good abdominal workouts you have so many on YouTube, especially the ones taught by European dancers and gymnasts. After abs warm ups I feel well, and it is worth the effort.

Bought another belt previously and thought this one would be equally as effective. Found that they strength of the pulse was extremely weak and didn’t provide much in terms of working the ab muscles even at its highest level. VERY weak and not very effective. I would look at other brands as this one was not a good buy. Save your money and do your research on more effective devices!

It is too big and will not stay in place when adjusted for smaller size

Love the belt itself but the controller is a piece of junk. If the controller worked I would give the product an A+ but because the controller barely works and takes so much effort to get it to work I give it a C-. Hopefully they fix the controller but I would not buy this product until they do.

It’s not worth it. They send you a defective item then make you pay for it. Save your money. It probably won’t even work. Don’t use the original company either.

First thing out of the bag, the belt came with a full charge, which was awesome. I had to have assistance to put it on with the extender. I did read the instructions and the instructions only stated to keep the pads wet. There were no suggestions as to what settings to put it on or for how long to use it for.As for if it helps make my waist smaller, I have not had the product long enough to see results take effect. I will continue to use it for a few more weeks to see if it works.

I am sooo disappointed with this product mainly because I was sent a used product! The packaging was suspicious because the it’s were not packaged correctly (the charger was not in the little box where it’s supposed to be in) and the pads were already attached to the belt!! The instruction specifically indicates a step re attaching the pads to the belt. The feature to indicate how many sessions were completed and this one sent to me shows #11 – meaning this was used 11 times!

I have to say this really makes your abs flex. It’s comfortable and easy to use while watching tv or doing random chores. I never tried one of these before, so starting out I stayed on 12-15 for intensity. My second time I was curious how high it went and made to level 31 and I can really feel the intensity. I think this is a great addition to add on days you can’t work your abs. I kinda feel like My body temperature is rising.

Like that it can stimulate oblique muscles…I definitely see a difference after 2 weeks…my results are based on a combination of Diet/Fat-Freezing/Vibration Plate Workout & Ab-Stimulation Belt

This belt is simply amazing! I have had some time to workout with it and it does an amazing job keeping my core engaged even when I don’t want to.

I don’t know much about this thing. All I can say is I put it on, turn up the settings to 6, and it does the shocking stuff it’s supposed to. Not sure if it actually produces any results yet, but I definitely feel the shocking part.

I am relatively in shape and a gym rat. I go to gym often like three or four times a week for hours. Couldn’t not get a perfectly flat belly with my time spent in gym and strict dieting. I have noticed very good results from using the FLEX BELT for roughly three weeks. That combined with dieting has finally started to give me the ultra flat tummy look i wanted. I use this daily for my abs and after a month my abs feel are much strong and noticing tight. I will use this for the rest of my life. It is not a hoax, it works.One tip. Before each use, I take a wet washcloth and clean/wet the pads. I also wet my tummy area. I find the sensation is far less tingly when I do this.One complaint, there’s no guide that explains what each of the programs are for.

Flex Belt exceeded my expectations. Well built, holds charge for a long time. Really like just spraying the gel pads with water and not having to replace them. Fast results.

Been using this for about 100 days i have moved up one level per day and this has all but eliminated my back pain and has allowed me to begin working manually on different core muscle groups. if you are patient you will see and feel this working every day. The only negative is the Velcro quality is not as good as it should be for everyday use. But I will give it an overall of 5 of 5

7/20/2023What this belt does do is encourage contractions of the abs and in ways I personally cannot do with crunches alone. I value this because for me this is the most neglected muscle group of a typical day. Think of all the movements you might do even as a physical worker. The abs hardly ever get worked, really. At my gym, they have a couple machines that really target the abs and obliques, but I don’t work them consistently enough to build tone. The belt provides strong, programmed stimulation for sessions long enough to be considered a workout. If you feel fatigued at the end, you did work something. Of all the as seen on tv crap out there, this device is actually doing something. If the connector fails, I will change my review, but on first impression, this really is working.One annoyance: The on/ off symbol on the charger is not a capacitive button but a logo. I pressed it so many times thinking it was a switch. 🤦🏼‍♂️Good luck!7/22/2023Update: It took a couple cycles to fully charge the battery, but it is full now. Serial number is “Z”, suggesting manufactured in 2020, so not old. But it is NiMH, meaning much better than NiCad but not as forgiving as lithium, so this behavior might be expected. Don’t leave it on the charger 24/7 hoping to get a full charge. Use it ’til almost dead, then charge again and it should charge more fully.I’ve found the device as more of a great coach than a magic pill. It flexes my abs sideways, which is an activation my brain can’t quite do. I’ve also noticed two phenomena: If I go completely limp, the surprise flex will upset the muscle more strongly than fighting it. Also, if I use my brain to help activate the muscle in the exact same manner as the device, I find that the two signals add for increased intensity without dialing it up. In fact, I find dialing it past 110 to be less constructive than the two aforementioned methods.In cooperating with the program (rather than passively tolerating it), I find myself far more engaged and entertained. I’d normally do about 5 minutes of intense crunches on a machine and get bored and move on. With the Flex Belt, I’m encouraged into a productive session because I’m literally strapped in. Pulling it off without a good workout would contribute to premature pad wear and replacement. Also, getting comfortable and dialing it up takes so much time, you might as well get on with a good workout.I’m coming from a decent place, fitness-wise, with about 20% bodyfat. I’ve been using this thing about a hour per day, really pushing myself (being careful not to tear a muscle), and feeling decently sore. I know that feeling means something good is happening, but to wait a few more days ’til the soreness goes away prior to doing more abs.So far so good!7/26/2023I’ve been using this pretty consistently for several days, now. I definitely felt a plateau after the first session. The first use was after about a month of not bothering with abs, so that explains why I felt so worked out and sore on the first use. Subsequent sessions were underwhelming by comparison. What I use this for now is sort of an intra-workout massage. By incorporating some massaging twitch, I sm able to overcome the boredom and fatigue of doing tons of crunches. I stay engaged longer, psychologically. Thus, I am finally starting to see results, but it’s mostly coming from traditional crunches.

I am so happy with this product and I’m already seeing results after one week. The impulses jog the fat cells, and in between, which I think is what contributes to how I’m already seeing a flatter stomach. Great product and great vendor!

Used the product for 3 weeks. Worked great. The electrical unit suddenly stopped charging. When I attempt to charge it for a few hours, and turn it on to check the charge; I get the flashing triangle symbol with the exclamation point. Have tried reconnecting the inputs several times andusi g different outlet but no luck. When I Google FlexBelt.com to obtain a customer service number, I get Facebook, Amazon, Etc., Etc. but no website to contact. Need to find out how to get in touch with customer service to fix this. I gave 2 stars because it stopped working and no customer service.

I have purchased 3 of these and all stopped working after a couple months. The controller will charge but stops transmitting the electrical impulse to the belt. I can’t contact Flex Belt for advice and there is no troubleshooting manual.

First and foremost, I was sent a used product. The pads were already taken out and attached to the belt. The instruction manual looked like it had been thrown in the washer and dryer. The sticker tape holding the box together was absolutely repulsive. The holding bag was covered in a THICK layer of dust. The plastic wrap on the belt extender was torn wide open. The contents were just a completely mess when we opened it up, as if everything was randomly thrown into the box. This part is more a criticism about the seller, who didn’t even bother to check the returned product and immediately put it up for sale again with no care in the world.Secondly, the belt seems excessively thin. We couldn’t actually feel anything inside except for three small nodes, no larger than a nickel. Plus it wasn’t even the belt itself that we had to charge, it was the little remote control. The remote also seemed unnecessarily complicated. We were able to turn it on just fine, but nothing actually… worked.I will be returning this product as soon as humanly possible. Incredibly disappointed. Would. NOT. Recommend.

I bought this product and tried it. The product seems okay. But it has a issue. I could feel the sensation the side, but not at the front part of the belt. It may be product defect. I don’t know.

I have had this belt for about 6 weeks and it started out pretty good, but the digital device has never seated correctly and easily disconnects. Now, the entire left side is barely working. I have tried changing the pads but no luck. There is obviously an issue with the connectivity between the power unit and the left side. The center section is not as intense as it first was either. I have used this everyday to supplement strengthening my core after a car accident so the difference is very obvious to me.What’s more, the return policy is ONLY 30 DAYS so it shows this company had ZERO faith in their products.

Health Concern, I purchased all 3 equipments and used each one once a week. (Arm, Abs. Gluts) developed little Heart pain on the 2nd week and continued on. I have not had any history of heart problem before or in my family history. I ended up in ER for cautions. my pulse was a bit off. When stopped using these , it went away , started using it and the pain came back. I returned all equipments today. When the pad heat up, it is uncomfortable. It only targets 1 muscle group. To feel the muscle contraction you have to set it on high and then you get nerve pluses down your thighs to the knees NOT SURE IF THESE ARE GOOD SIGNS. I RATHER NOT RRISK MY HEALTH AND MIGHT AS WELL WORK OUT.

(you could ONLY purchase it through the manufacturer) so we spent well over $200 getting the belt, extra pads, and insurance) we didnt know what we were going to get or if it was going to work…we just went by what the marketing commercials and all of the reviews(which at the time were very few) when we finally received the package we were excited and flipped a coin as to whom was going to be the test subject” He won…and we read every single word from the instruction manual and began the process of charging the batteries fully, affixing the gel pads to the belt, then actually placing the gel pads(that we already put on the belt) on the right areas of my husband’s torso, then clipping the fully charged control onto the belt and he turned the unit on. YES it worked…shockingly it worked…better that we could have EVER thought or hoped!! His abs were actually constricting….not a little, were you could feel them, but A LOT, WERE YOU COULD FEEL THEM AND SEE THEM!!! then i took my turn…and the same happened….I was actually able to go higher in intensity than my husband my 1st time but we both knew that this might be because I am a mother that birthed three children, and hence my threshold of discomfort was higher than his. WE WERE sold!!! we were actually tired and sweating after the session. so we continued using the belt(still to this day) but we also invested in the arm belts and the buttocks belt (for myself) we have had these ORIGINAL belts for close to 10 yrs now and have only had to change the gel pads ONCE…as we became used to the levels we work out(both at home or the gym) go shopping, ride our bikes, or go jogging with the belt on and running)…THIS BELT IS NOT FOR PEOPLE TO JUST PUT IT ON, NOT FOLLOW A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE) and think that the belt is going to do the job for you(although it will help in toning and build some muscle) you have to do the work yourself. I had a question re: arm band. They responded quickly. Went above and beyond to be helpful.I an very pleased with both the product and the company.

In addition to myself, I asked two other individuals to use this product.without telling them anything, they both said the same thing. It seems as if the front pads aren’t working properly, and the side pads came on, stopped, and came on again.

Haven’t tried it yet but it looks legit.

I use it while I’m on the treadmill. Lots of settings and intensity levels. You feel it! I have no idea what the results would be just using it alone. But with my regular exercise routine I can honestly say it has stepped things up and I see results. Great investment!

Great advantage not dealing with buying new pads. It does work, been using it for a couple of month and notice definition, but that is also paired with diet and regular exercise. The only negative I would say is I wish the fixed pads on the belt would saturate more as the water evaporates quickly and may require re-saturation. Overall pleased with this belt.

Let me just say wow it packs a punch you can feel the intensity. I’m anxious to see the results overtime. I do wish that it was a little bit wider to cover a bigger area. Pure Genius to not having the sticky gel pads to replace. Water is a great conductor.

I used to have another belt similar to this, but I love this belt the best because I no longer have to buy separate gel! Saves a ton in the long run. I usually use this while I’m watching TV or when I’m in the kitchen cooking meals :) This is very portable that you can easily travel with it. I use this with exercise cream, instead of water. This is so discreet, you can even wear it while out shopping, seriously! If you’re thinking of buying this, just do it :)

I put it on right out of the box. Started in the lowest mode, and after 15 minutes I could feel the muscles in my abdomen like I did a set of situps. I am anxious to see what it is like after the first week.

I had another belt for my abs which I liked, but I felt that the EMS was not strong enough. When it stopped working I bought this one.The Flex Belt is powerful. I’ve only been able to take it up about half way…and I get a fantastic contraction on my abs. It has a variety of programs which contract the ab muscles differently. I love this belt.This is a great belt!

worst investment. controller dies fast and the belt and also the flex arms do not work past 2 months of use. That is not daily use either.I want my money back!!!

Love it really works need to be consistent

This is easy to set up and has different programs I can pick from. It works with electric pulses which you can customize the strength of. It is rechargeable which is nice and plugs in using what looks to be a HDMI connection. The fabric is comfortable, however make sure it is a good connection first because it does sting if it is not a good connection. It came with a bag and also a small spray bottle, but it did not say what it was for so I am still wondering. I don’t know if it will give results but I do feel the muscles tense a bit with its use. From what I can see it works as advertised.

This is my 2nd belt, I over used the other one. I like this a lot better, no sticky pad needed. It’s been awhile since I’ve used the belt. I forgot how intense it gets. If you want to challenge your abs, level 7 is the way to go. I find it more intense than any other level. Love this belt!

The more fat you have, the higher the setting needs to be…I have a 37″ waist and I had to start at level 85. If I push the belt in during a contraction then I can feel I deeper so you guys need to give it time and watch your calories too.First day I did 85 for 30 minutes and felt the soreness so I know it’s working so far. I’ll update in 4-8 weeks and adjust stars if necessary.

I’ve been using this ab belt 3 times a day on program 6 or 7 at level 100 – 150. I have a body fat percentage of around 15% and I can already see my abs coming back in. This belt will definitely help your abs come through if your body fat percentage is around mine, but if it’s above 20 or so percent, you probs won’t see the results as much. You’ll definitely feel stronger and toned up though!

After reading mixed reviews I purchased it. Reading so many saying they worked up to level 50 I was expecting 50 to be strong but it was not at all and a waste of time. That said I use it between 85 and 100 and it gives your muscles a kick! Such a good work out. I even strap it to my chest and works great there as well. I feel like the weak reviews on here are simply from people not using it at a high enough level so of course they will get no results.

I have bought two. Replaced the pads within weeks. They both have stopped working within weeks. I have even replaced the battery….worked for a few weeks. This is a cheaply made product with great marketing. Do not purchase this product. I have given you a stable , well thought out ,descriptive explanation as to why you should not waste your hard earned money. Please do not believe that this product will continue to operate after a few weeks. I used it three times a week for pain and tightening of my mid section. I had purchased another ab belt that required you to buy the gel pads, that got old real quick. This belt is super easy to use, and I can really feel the pulses working on my lower abs, and the plus, NO GEL PADS!!

I love this EMS belt, it works very similar to flex belt that you can’t get anymore. I like this even better bc don’t need to buy those gel pads. Just spray with water on pads and you are good to go.I was mainly looking for something to help me strengthen my core so I can do more and not strain my neck so much during ab exercises. I have neck injury currently from car accident some years back and when I get fatigued during core and ab workouts I use my neck and it causes more strain and pain. This is really helping with core strength and helps me have better posture sitting at my desk working from home. I feel it working and is helping to keep my abs in. I am starting to see some differences after just a week.

It’s simple to use and the built-in electrodes conduct well. I find that it works better by placing an additional elastic belt over top of the belt for better electrode contact. It will allow you to use a higher intensity without a burning or stinging sensation from poor electrode contact. Overall I’m happy with it.

First off, it does work. I crank it up to about 125 or so. Currently pushing the max setting and feeling the burn!!!. I highly recommend carefully reading all of the instructions and reviewing the videos to ensure you are accurately using the product. Time will tell how long it stays effective. So far so good, and I am enjoying the ab workout while being able to do other things at the same time.

First one I got the connect broke the second day. It’s a terrible design. The replacement worked for three weeks and then hits you with an error code and just beeps.Do sit-ups.

Cheap material for almost 200 . I couldn’t handle the discomfort for more than a second

Product was working great, had no problem with function. Felt it was doing what it stated would do, than all of sudden malfunctioned, will not work correctly. Not about to find the product information on line to ask what can be done. Would like replacement or information on how to make it work correctly.

It doesn’t have the power to be effective at all. I used the belt once and I had to max out the power just to get it to feel anything. I made sure the battery was fully charged before I used the belt. I even put new pads on but it still didn’t work well I’m sorry but I’m sending this back. I purchased another AB EMS Stimulator product and spent about half the money I spent on the Nbody for another brand and the new one worked fantastic.

I’m so excited for my Flex Belt! It had an extra trap that came with it so it can fit around mostly anybody waist. I will keep y’all posted on my results. Thank you Flex Belt!

This is my second one I had to return my first one because one of the electrical pads was not working so will see how this one does I really wish there was instructions or some kind of information to explain how this all works and for how long you are supposed to use it at a time. It does not come with any instructions at all. The belt itself has Velcro that is irritating on the skin that I wish was made better for that fact. On a better note this does help work the stomach muscles. If the company is reading this please send me some instructions on this.

I will buy gell pads to see if that will fix the problem if not I will be definitely be refunded

I have been using off brand versions of the flex belt on and off for ten years . My biggest grievances have been pads wearing down after days of use, electric shock feelings, belts and pads that bent easily, belt and pads that didn’t conform to body while moving around and actual skin burns some of which show up as light scars on my torso. Since using this belt for almost a week, I’ve noticed that I’ve had none of the issues that I’ve had prior with others. Super comfortable, very flexible and forms to the body(even while sitting) you can just tell that these pads are made of superior quality and will perform much longer. I already feel and see a difference. I have lost two inches already but I must admit that strict Keto diet probably aided in this. I feel like this belt is a great addition to doing cardio a couple times a day and a healthy diet. My only complaint is the pads are crazy sticky and it seems because of this it’s easy to damage them while placing pads on belt. I will make sure to update my review once a month has passed. Overall very pleased . Worth the $$$

Opened package looks good powered on had full charge. Seems pretty straight forward to use. Every time I try and increase it just blinks and beeps no matter which mode is selected.Plugged into charger to ensure was full charge and tried again.Not so impressed at this point. Probably will toss in trash. Hopefully they respond to email?Maybe I can save someone else the hassle.

This product does not send impulses in the belly area, where i have hair growing. Only sides are sending impulses. Will try it out once more and probably will return. The bottle that came in the box to dispense water on the pads arrived broken.

Unfortunately I was bought into the hype by some guy who goes by the moniker “Alpha M”.I’ve seen these gimmicks since the 90s, but figured after a few decades they FINALLY got it right….wrong.Still the same crap tech that generates the same electro-shock therapy which produces unwarranted results of pain and great discomfort.The gel pads wear it with great haste thus preventing the belt/remote to function at all. When you try to raise the levels it’ll start beeping with an [!] in the center, rendering the belt obsolete until you replace the pads, which is NOT a guarantee!There can be a plethora of problems that are invisible to your average consumer.Basically: Save your money and save yourself a huge headache because this insanely expensive item is not user friendly!

This is a loser item. It doesn’t work. tried it one time and went use it again and it wont work. Very cheap for that kind of money!!!

Ill review because I wish people would review!I just received this in the mail, I put the settings at 44/45 for 35 minutes and It feels like a you’re in labor and similar to a contraction. I do like the remote, it shows when you should feel a ”contraction” it is easily readable and useable. It will come with 1 set of the gel pads, they are super sticky and good quality. I did go and buy a few additional sets (same brand) as I think ill need to reapply new ones every few uses. I read other people used off brand gel pads and did not have good results. The gel pads are supposed to be moved differently on the belt for different waist sizes however my husband used it and never moved the pads after I wore it. I feel like for the price the company should have included more gel pads because they are pricy ( I believe $12 per pack) The belt has a pocket for the remote so you can go hands free, the remote also has a beeping timer and shuts off. The controls go easily up and down so if you shouldn’t have the instant discomfort from jumping levels fast. I did zap myself taking off the belt while it was on level 6, I was attempting to adjust the waist. If you need to adjust just make sure the belt is off or at level 0 unless you want a bolt. After the first use I do not feel any soreness unless I strongly flex my abs, then I somewhat feel some discomfort but nothing noticeable. My husband feels soreness when he bends or any movement in his ab area, he was around level 50/60 for 2 – 35 minutes secessions.I purchased this just to see if this works, my plastic surgeon uses a similar machine ( for $2000 per treatment) and he said it is based off similar technology. I do regularly workout and I do not expect some miracle machine, that only comes with hitting the gym/ diet however I’m intrigued at the concept. We shall see how this goes maybe it will help build that muscle faster.

Works well. I use it for waist reduction and to help with back pain.

Loved it at first. Did exactly what I thought it would do. Then, two weeks in it just stopped working and would just beep at me and flash a caution triangle. Instructions say to clean and make sure the connection is secure. Did all of that and still getting that triangle.

It’s great when it works, but every few months it stops working. The screen flashes when you try to start the program and doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried cleaning the pads, but nothing works. It’s a waste of money.

I recently purchased the Flex Belt and have used it a couple of times. I definately feel it is working my core and plan to continue using.

I ordered the flex belt and it came with the belt only – no cord or gel pads. Not sure if this was a mistake or not, because the listing indicated it came with all parts. Either way, had to return it, which was disappointing and inconvenient

Love the belt… I am fifty and never see this much results working out.

Sounds dumb but just search up the original flex belt instruction video. This EMS belt is a clone of that one and the instructions pretty much overlap perfectly. The belt itself is great, gives me a good workout every time. It’s not a magic pill tho and you definitely need to change your diet and lifestyle if you want to see abs.

The battery is dead and there is no charger for it. I thought I ordered a new one not previously owned.

I try to work out everyday, so I decided to also try this toning belt to help give my abdomen more tone. It is easy to use and stays on well.However, since I started using it, it caused pain in my lower back.

I got this product 2 weeks ago and so far it works like a charm!! It has different settings on it for you to change the intensity of the machine to your liking. After Using it for 30 minutes, my abs become really sore and it also convenient to use when I can’t make it to the gym. I highly recommend this product.

Great design allows me to get a great ab workout without being on the floor doing crunches. Very functional really allowed me to hyper focus on core days by getting in a workout while driving, lying in bed etc. unit works as describes and provides multiple levels. Also has helped relief lower back pain as I have progressed.

Very strong- I’ve used multiple TENS units before but this belt is the strongest I’ve used. No gel pads to replace which is amazing but I was worried that it may not work well without the old gel pads…it works better! I’m using for back pain but can feel the ability work as well.

This belt is a large step up from the older belts. I think the improvements are fabulous. I recommend this to anyone.

Great product. Super easy to use and very effective. I can definitely feel my muscles contracting and afterwards I feel like I did abdominal crunches. Looking forward to see results.

So I bought this in hopes to use this in place of my tens when I didn’t have my hubby available to help. I’m still trying to figure out how it works. I’ve read the manual and followed the steps, but I don’t know if it’s a defective unit or if it truly doesn’t work. It powers on, but I don’t feel a thing. I’ll keep playing around with it to see if I’m missing something and will update the review if I find it does work, but for now, I can’t give it a good review. It may just end up in the trash. I gave it two stars at least because although I can’t get the unit to work, I’ve found it holds ice packs or heat packs in place really well so it’s not a total waste, lol.

I have a bad back and I’ve needed to build up my back muscles. Boy has this helped! This pro fitness workout belt is easy to operate and works very well. I can definitely tell that my muscles are being worked! The instruction manual is informative and easy to read. Simply charge the controller for 30 minutes, then it is ready to connect to the belt for use. It includes a small spray bottle that you fill with water to spray onto the silicone pads prior to use. The controller is easy to read and use. There is a timer and you can adjust the strength. The belt is velcro and stays in place. There is also an included extender to add to the length of the belt. This works great on my back and my abdomen as well. Combine this with a healthy diet and you will see results! I recommend the Flex Belt!

I really wanted to like this because I want to lose some weight especially around my belly but I couldn’t use it because I felt sharp pain using it… It feels like my skin is getting electrocuted and the shock is painful enough for me to not want to use it. On top of that, I found a post card inside the box that may explain why so many people praised this product… very disappointed.

Tried out for a week to get a real test and review. Was also on my cycle and it surprisingly provided some comfort and relief. No true physical results yes but sticking to a healthy meal plan and consistency I hope to have updated results in a month. It’s also fun and easy to wear while just watching tv

I ordered the Flex Belt to jump start my new year new me fitness routine. Out of the box the instructions were easy to follow and set up the workout belt. The belt was big on me as I have a 28 inch waist and I was barely able to get it attached to some velcro but in will need to make some adjustments with added velcro to get a proper fit. I sprayed the water on the electrode pads then wrapped the belt around my waist and I was good to get started. The current was stronger than I expected which was great! I wanted to feel sore after a session and I was not disappointed. Overall I think this is a good product because it is versatile and can be used on the abdomen or for back aches and it has a strong electric current.
