I ordered extra pads but haven’t needed them yet. The product has good stimulation. I was sore the next day. Enjoying this purchase so far.

Item is as described great value and same sensations as the prior higher priced competitive products – Not sure on results yet but it’s a heck of a massage !

PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator is a great product. It works as if your doing exercises. Great for when your not as active, or when your busy.

I like that I see ab results. Dislike that it doesn’t stick on its own.

It is really good I’m starting to see abs on my stomach and I been using it everyday I can and there is a lot of modes for your satisfaction I like to use the last mode but a great purchase but it does not stay sticky for long time but they extra sticky pads

I’ve been curious about EMS stimulators for a while so thought I would try this. I’m not necessarily looking to lose weight, but am always trying to strengthen my core.At first I didn’t think the device was doing anything. Then I turned up the setting and was like whoa. It felt really weird at first, but then I noticed I felt contractions in my abdomen like when I do crunches. It started to feel warm but without feeling too hot.I like that I can work on my core and abs while sitting down and watching TV so I’m not just completely vegging out. Not sure how often I’ll use this but maybe more when I’m feeling too low energy to exercise, or after some cardio.

My football player son also tried it and with his abs of steel felt it too.

At first the misspellings on the box make the thing seem a little sketchy— However, it’s really easy to set up, good quality, and I could feel my muscles getting firmer the more I used it! It might be a little painful at first, but you get used to it after a while and it actually gets really comfortable. Just try not to put the thing at a higher level than 3 at first, I’d say that’s the highest level that doesn’t feel really bad for the first use.

I don’t dislike anything about the ABS Stimulator. I wish it had a remote it would be quicker and easier to change to the different settings!

This product works great, but you need to buy extra gel pads. You can actually feel the muscles contracting and it is strong. I also bought and used the conductive gel with it.I bought this one for me and a different one for my son. I will review his later.

You won’t lose fat unless you exercise but it does work out your abs

Just slowly increase the intensity because it can cause your stomach to cramp up if to high work yourself up to it.

It is a good alternative to crunches. Device was very effective with gel. A little difficult keeping on when moving or bending down but I probably put too much gel.

PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator does what it’s advertised, I’m not there yet but I can feel the difference in my posture since I started to use it. It will not do a miracle overnight, I believe it will make a difference.I’m also using it around my neck (the smaller one) with the hope to stop snoring

I ordered this for my wife who suffers from sciatica. She has a couple of TENS units that have all of these electrode things that end up loosing their stickiness and then she has to keep replacing them. Aside from that she’s always getting tangled up in all of the wires and has to carry the TENS unit around with her or try to clip it on her clothes somewhere. She’s always saying what a pain in the butt it is.I came this and wondered if it would achieve the same results for her, because it looked a lot simpler to use. At first she didn’t think it was going to work , but I told her she could put it on backwards. It says to dampen the belt before putting it on, but we initially ignored that part. Turns out it does work better and gets better contact if you dampen it first or dampen the skin where you are going to apply it.It velcros on very easily and has an extender piece if it’s too small to fit around the area where you are using it. It has 4 different modes and several intensities in each mode. The stimulation unit conveniently charges with a USB-C charger. I love the fact that it seems like the world is mostly standardizing on USB-C because I always have one available.My wife really prefers this to her other TENS units, however the biggest issue she has is that if it’s not touching your skin, it can’t be started, so when she’s by herself and wants to wear it on her back, it takes a little maneuvering to turn it on and get it into the mode and level she wants it on.

Doesn’t hit as hard as some other ones I’ve bought but it does a great job of getting all your abs to flex individual. Couple this with some planks and you get a solid workout.

What I liked about the product it has helped me with my daily wellness goal.

I’ve used other belts in the past, and this one has more power than the others by far. I really like the fact that I don’t have to use adhesive electrodes that do not last very long. Never need to buy replacement electrodes for this. I turn the device around and put on my lower back, and use it for back/sciatic pain relief, also.

I love the intensity, this gives it a better feeling on abs after. I enjoy this product, definitely better when you lay down and use the Ab stimulator. Just to allow the sticky to work for a while!

I didn’t realize it’s basically a large tens unit. I use it while walking or doing errands in the house. Pretty soothing and stimulates digestion, but I don’t believe this would give you abs by any means.

I bought this PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator because I am lazy and don’t want to work out after a whole day work. This first day I put this one and followed the instruction. The mode 2 and 3 are fore reducing fat. After a few sessions, my abs has the feeling that after 50 reps of sit-up. Pretty cool. I can do this while driving or just walking. It help me stay awake. It also has the mode to massage the muscle. Highly recommended!

Helps relax the muscles and has various setting depending on what u feel is good for you.

This set comes with everything you need to tone up your muscles. The ab piece definitely gives strong electric stimulation, you will definitely feel your muscles flexing while using. I fine that mode number 3, with intensity level 6 to be the most effective. I use this after work out to continue the muscle stimulation. It really is worry and trouble free and I can do my errands after work out and still feel like my muscles are working. Overall I highly recommend!!

Gel tabs stick very well without removing body hair when taking off. The units themselves apply the right amount of current to stimulate and tone. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this almost every day! Usually Monday through Friday! I use it 3 times a day. 1 time on my stomach, and then the other 2 times on both sides. I found it works great that way! Ab stimulator reminds me of a TENS unit. I have only used the stimulator on my arms I have no complaints. I can’t wait for the final results. Hopefully, these batwings will tone up. I definitely recommend.

Very easy to use and maintain this belt. Works great! I could feel the difference in my lower abs in a couple of days. I’m using it once a day right now for 30 minutes. I plan to start using it twice a day starting tomorrow. It works just as I expected.

Personally I use PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator twice a day in two rounds per session along with diet changes and it works! It helps work my abs on days I can’t make it to the gym. I will keep using it and want to see the results. So far no complaints.

PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator works through electric current. The electric element charges up fairly quickly, and after an hour’s use, I’m still at full bars on the display.The vibration is strong, but it’s more than a vibration. It’s definitely a current. I only went up to 5 for a few seconds, and settled at 3 on Mode 1 to start. I am certain I can go higher on my back, but my stomach is weak.The belt itself comes with an extender piece if you need it- and at a size 16-ish, I expected to need it but I didn’t.The belt also comes with a spray bottle to get the current going, and very clear instructions. I’m looking forward to trying several modes and seeing results over time, but I’m not holding my breath for sore abs. I’ll definitely update the review if I notice any soreness.

I’m so happy I got this! I’ve never had visible abs (still don’t, to be clear). I got this hoping to tone a bit more. I’ve had 4 kids, I do have a mom pooch but I exercise daily and just wanted a boost. I wear this when I lift weights at home or treadmill or whatever. You can really feel it working! Depending on what setting you have it on you can feel it all the way down your legs! I usually do one session on the top of my abs and then one on my lower abs so I get full coverage. I was already on the slimmer side with some muscle from working out ( 5 feet, 110-115 lbs, size 2 jeans) so I can see toning happening. Not a 6 pack by any means, but definitely some definition, so I can say with confidence it works! Ive only been able to get it up to 15 so far, working my way up to that 19! I love that gel is not necessary, just water. This won’t do anything for you if you use it sitting on the couch eating chips, it’s not a miracle device. It’s a boost to a diet or an add on to an existing routine; it won’t give you abs or tone you up if you’re not doing anything else at all. If you’re trying though, this thing is worth the effort! I love this and will continue to use it consistently on my upper and lower abs!

 Now results for doing nothing and working out. No idea, but if triggering your muscles to flex that is beyond true. This thing works great and the best part is the pulse it can have on your lower back with the massage features. This is my first Ab belt and I love it. I actually use it when I am doing my morning treadmill session in our home gym. I can feel it working my Abs whilst I am power walking. It really adds to my workout. It’s really easy to use and comes with a spray bottle to spritz the belt before use and charges via USB C connector. Only time will tell if this works but for now, I can already feel the benefit after a few days so will continue to make it part of my morning workout. Would recommend and I also think it’s very good value for money.

This is amazing, I feel it in my legs!!! I couldn’t believe how hard it will pulse and contract your abs. I have only been able to use it at 15 so far and use it while getting ready for bed but it’s amazing!!

This is an interesting little gadget! It definitely makes your muscles contract while wearing it. I used it at first on the lowest setting but it didn’t seem to be doing much. Once I turned it up I could definitely notice the difference in how it made my muscles move. You have to spritz it with water before use. They do include a bottle for you to do that with which is a big plus! I’m excited to see how it shapes my abs with continued use. I’ll make sure to report any substantial changes.

I haven’t used this long enough to report on whether it shows results, but you can see (and feel) your ab muscles contracting when using this product. There are a few different settings that have noticeably different feels for different muscle contraction patterns. It is comfortable to wear, easy to adjust the settings even during use, very quiet, and at the highest setting provides very strong muscle contractions. It has an automatic off after 30 minutes so you can set it and not actively monitor how long it’s running. I was skeptical of this product but am really pleasantly surprised. I’ll definitely continue using this and hope to see results!

My package arrived on time. I unboxed it and removed it. Next I charged the devices with the 3-in-1 USB Charging cable. I haven’t used the arm trainer portion just yet, but I did use the abs trainer for the first time and will continue to use it every day.

I purchased this PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator for lower back pain and I have to tell you it times out at 12 minutes, and I don’t think I could keep it on longer than that without a break I highly recommend it.

Very good product and works: not sure if the sticky substance will last but I can see a difference in one week of use, twice a day for 20 mins.

It does take a while to charge but other than that it worked great for me and the charge lasts more than 30 hours!

I bought this PowerFlex EMS Muscle Stimulator to increase my stomach muscles to help with lower back pain. I on just the lowest stimulation for the muscle workout is amazing. It actually works! I can feel my stomach muscles working and it is not painful or uncomfortable. I am excited since my lower back pain limits me from doing stomach exercises. So far, I am impressed.

It does really well at contracting muscles and giving a decent feeling ‘workout’. There are lots of options and multiple different settings to chose from.Only two issues I had were some of the settings seemed to not benefit from the increased levels on the upper tiers…settings 5-6 etc. They seemed to work better at lower settings of say 1-5 instead of 6-19.Also, be careful of sensitive skin. You may want to buy some hypoallergenic gel patches to use with these. But that can be expected I suppose.

I’m a middle age guy.. too busy to exercise and decided to buy this product. On the 1st try I had it for 5 minutes while working and I felt I did a 50 sit ups. I used to have a similar device 5 years ago but with 2 pads only and need to move the pads in another areas after each session. This one is very convenient and covers all areas I need to exercise. Definitely will recommend to my older brother.
