Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator Reviews: Scam or Legit?

 Adding to my regular workout routine as others have recommended. I’m using the extra arm straps on my glutes, hoping to help with my hip dips.

I got this stimulator for Xmas after I had an operation and I was told I wasn’t allowed to lift weights and needed to take it easy. I’ve used this on my biceps, triceps, chest, and stomach. I can definitely feel it and I like that you can very the pattern and the level of stimulation. Just like many wrote, the adhesion pads are not that great, the replacement ones that came with it were worse. That it the only real complaint I have.

Set up was easy, you peel a bunch of stickers to the device and stick it around your abs. It tingles and feels like it’s shocking you but you get used to it and start to feel your muscles contracting it’s nice and interesting I can’t wait to see the results but so far so good I used it with my work out routine!

Easy to use, simple instructions, really glad I brought this and happy to say it does work on the muscles.

This product is great in that when you use it while working out, it burns extra calories in addition to your daily workout. I put it on and also wear a tight clothing on top of it to make sure they do not fall off during my movements and I have already seen improvements. I will definitely repurchase after my current ones are no longer usable. Recommended for anyone who wants to burn more calories and get a nice toned muscle!

I have only attempted to go to level 3. You definitely feel it contracting the muscles. I was sore the next day but not terribly. It works great from what I can feel.The instructions don’t really tell you what to do with the 2 separate ones so I looked it up based off pictures and realized they are for your arms.The charger is 3 cords so you can charge all 3 at once which is super nice however, you will need a cube or a USB power cord.I’m excited to keep using it.

I like that this product is small and easy to store away. I can use it any time of the day. It’s nice to know that even though I am resting I am still using my ab muscles and getting a workout.

After getting all of the pieces out of the box and figuring out which parts get taken off and discarded, the unit was a breeze to use. It really puts out a noticeable electrical stimulation!

You are paying a small amount for a giant sticker that contracts your muscles. That is exactly what this does. It sticks pretty well as long as you take good care of it. It is super easy to use. I think it hurts, but my husband doesn’t. It certainly makes your muscles contract though! I think it feels lile little constant needle pricks, but thats just me. The bands on the arms work best, but the abs work great too.

We love this abs training belt. It took less than 5 minutes to set up after it was charged. The belt is also easy to use and can be work while doing various tasks around the house. I personally use the belt while I make food or cleaning around the house. My husband uses it while he’s on his computer. We have used the belt for over a week and have definitely noticed firmness in the abdomen area. Can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks.

I’m actually really impressed with this unit . Great value for the money . It even came with a zip lock bag full of extra gel pads . I bought it to use more like a TENS unit. I have a TENS unit that isn’t very easy to set up or adjust. This feels exactly the same, but has such an easier set up and is so easy to program and use. It is not cumbersome to wear and walk around or multitask while wearing (especially compared to what my TENS unit entailed with a device with multiple cords and leads). Super easy to wear around the house while doing other things. It is very strong even on the lower settings . I like the variety of pulse mode settings . I believe it has a 20 minute auto off setting. As well as will shut off after 3 seconds if it doesn’t detect the gel pads adhering to skin. I’m not exactly sure the effectiveness this unit will have in regards to toning abdominal muscles but don’t let that deter you from purchasing.

The vibration intensity is adjustable, so you can use it conveniently. Even if I stay still, my abs are strengthening. It was always annoying to work out and do abs at the end, but I’m so happy that I don’t have to be bothered anymore. Thank you so much for the good products. :)

I’ve been curious about EMS stimulators for a while so thought I would try this. I’m not necessarily looking to lose weight, but am always trying to strengthen my core.At first I didn’t think the device was doing anything. Then I turned up the setting and was like whoa. It felt really weird at first, but then I noticed I felt contractions in my abdomen like when I do crunches. It started to feel warm but without feeling too hot.I like that I can work on my core and abs while sitting down and watching TV so I’m not just completely vegging out. Not sure how often I’ll use this but maybe more when I’m feeling too low energy to exercise, or after some cardio.

Great invention, I loved it my first use. It’s motivated me to up my exercise program. No more Covid 20-30lbs. Intensity is good and both apparatus are durable.

Bought 2 units as xmas gifts for the fitness crazed people in my life. They immediately took out of packaging and plugged in to charge unit. It charged pretty quickly and they were able to use soon after . It is clearly packaged and directions are easy to follow.Cannot wait to see results and hope the extra pads will make this a product that will last awhile.

Let’s hope it works but as of now it’s comfortable and has good speeds and it’s a good massager .

Comes with the batteries pull tab and ready to go, nice size ab stimulator. Didn’t test it out as it is a gift for someone else, but I’ve got ones similar and this has wider coverage, says has 6 modes, 3 hour working time. I like using these 2 ways, as a way to warm up, as a combo while doing actual ab flexion same time.

I haven’t used it yet but it looks light and of good quality. It is a gift for someone. We will see.

This thing will definitely have your stomach feeling like you did 10,000 situps when you’re done! It does require some assembly at first use but overall I like it.

 Cones with 3 power pucks, with recharging ability via USB micro. Many different modes and extremely powerful for the little package will definitely keep you energized.

This product is very simple to use, but seems to be very effective. You can definitely feel it working your abs and obliques right away. I can’t wait to see the results of continued use.

The only thing I do not like is I need to shave my ab area for me to feel the effects. Other than that the product is great.

So it’s easy to put together this is not my first time using one of these but my first time with this kind but you just pop the machine on the button yes it’d a snap button like on your coat and then turn it on and choose your intensity you are comfortable with and let it work your muscles and when it’s done my muscles feel like I just did a work out so I know it’s working I can’t wait to see the results.

Bought for my teenage son. He uses it every night. We can see his muscles contracting when he wears them. Very cool! Easy to use, comes with charger (although one out of three arrived broken, but he just charges two at a time). Seems to be a good product!

I am so happy with this buy. I never knew what I was missing until I got my hands on this. After being on my feet all day I will use this on the couch while watching tv. It also really helps my repeat leg injuries that come back a lot from playing soccer.

The intensity level goes up to 9, but 4 was plenty for me. I could see my stomach moving from the pulses. There is one large pad for the abdomen that wraps partially around the sides, two patches for the arms, and three rechargeable “controller” pucks. The controllers have clear displays and clicky buttons, and they snap on/off the pads easily yet firmly.

Feels so good, even if I’m sore from the gym, I’ll put it on afterwards to create long lasting effects like helping with soreness, great tingling sensation. Feels like I put my workouts to the next level! Even tried it while doing sit ups and bridges, feels great! Incredibly easy to use and I would say responsibly priced.

It seems like it might work. It definitely stimulates the muscles but not sure how effective it will be. I have had back surgery and I cannot do situps or crunches so I’m hopeful.. I’ll do a follow up review in 30 days

it’s a Tens pain product. That said it is a soothing product if you tone it down. It can cause discomfort at first. The oscillating shocks stimulate and sooth sort of. Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator is worth for the money paid. My old ems trainer stopped working properly so I got this new one . Conductive gels sticks properly to tummy and i enjoy different mode of vibration .

This is just what my lazy ass needs, it doesn’t hurt as much as you’d expect but you can feel it burn and contract the belly muscles. The pads are sticky and comfortable, and the shocks are decent. Though I would advise to start low first then go up because it gets intense the higher you go and make sure you didn’t eat before you do this lol.

It helps with pain and minimize it, It also feels good in the skin and is easy to clean. It worth the money that I paid for it.

I bought this Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator because I am lazy and don’t want to work out after a whole day work. This first day I put this one and followed the instruction. The mode 2 and 3 are fore reducing fat. After a few sessions, my abs has the feeling that after 50 reps of sit-up. Pretty cool. I can do this while driving or just walking. It help me stay awake. I ordered this thing with some doubts in mind. I got it and the doubts went bye bye. This thing gave my abs quite a ride. Pretty cool device. I didn’t even need to up it to the max.

This thing actually works. As it is wireless, I didn’t think it would stimulate the muscles much but boy it had my muscles twitching. It kind of felt like the machine chiropractors use to stimulate the muscles and then get them to relax.I don’t know the results long-term but this is a lot easier than the stomach exercises I started up again yesterday (I am still sore). I do worry about the sticky pads losing their stick but maybe you can wash them off if they get gummed up.

 I got Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator for fun because I was on a fat loss challenge. I maxed out on the intensity in the shape mode and intensity and start feeling sore sensation after few mins. Need to do it longer to see result.What I like about this:- comes with 3 devices and replacement patches- has arm belt and ab belt- actually feel sore after 1 session and I was just watching videos while sitting down.

This was an impulse purchase thinking it would be worth trying out. After using it, my abs feel the same after a dedicated ab workout. I recently got it so look forward to using it more and more. There is a lot of range where the lower setting 1-2 is not too intense, but I haven’t been able to go above setting 6 yet!

I had different ones like this before. But this one seems of very good quality. It has different settings and the glue of the stickers last a long time without loosening up, not irritating to the skin.

This is a nice training belt that covers both the upper and lower abs. I like how it also extends to the side to work on the obliques. The EMS pulses even at the highest level, it is not too much to take. It also comes with additional cuffs for the arm/legs. I will definitely be using this regularly to tone my abs.The controller came charged up already so it is ready to go. I’m looking forward to have a toned abs with regular use.

I liked it’s simplicity and how effective it is. It comes with everything you need, and even a few replacement parts if things don’t work well. All you have to do is snap the controller onto it, put it on your body, and adjust it to the level you want. It has a lot of intensity levels, I found that different levels are needed for different muscle groups and wanted effects. I have loved it!

It took me a couple of days but I’m loving this device. Very easy to use and very intense. But your abs and arms will be on fire after a few minutes. This ab stimulator is awesome. It is sticky enough for multiple uses before having to clean to use again. The stimulation is really nice. You can barely feel it in the beginning but once you kick it up a notch or two you start to feel it. It has 19 total settings and you can adjust them very easily. It comes with one piece for the abs and two pieces for the calf’s and arms, it also comes with three control units and a charger for continued use. This product has helped out tremendously.

Ab stimulator reminds me of a TENS unit. I have only used the stimulator on my arms I have no complaints. I can’t wait for the final results. Hopefully, these batwings will tone up. I definitely recommend.

Personally I use it twice a day in two rounds per session along with diet changes and it works! It helps work my abs on days I can’t make it to the gym. I will keep using it and want to see the results. So far no complaints.

Gotta love this Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator a lot. During these times this product gives you a huge boost! Not only can you wear it on your abs but anywhere that you feel like you need a boost!

Most people get these belts to stimulate their abs. While it definitely does that, it does something even cooler for me. I read that these devices can help with IBS, and so far so good! I wear it when I start to experience pain, and the stimulation really helps offset the pain. I don’t exactly know how it does that; but, it works and that’s all I care about. I have the added benefit of seeing some definition in my abs, so I think it’s working great all around. Definitely worth it.

Bought Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator for my abdomen tightness. I reciently gained sudden weight and now lost some. Wanted to stiffen the flesh in my tummy. Thought would give a try. Its been 10 days plus and this 1 seems to really work.

Lots of mode and have strong vibration , I would keep using it and provide a feedback if I see a difference in a month or twoHoping to see a positive difference

Although I don’t want to be in good shape in a short time, I still want to try the product. Here’s how I use it: I put my seat belt on my abdomen for 15 minutes in the morning and in my abdomen for 15 minutes at night, and choose one of six modes (I tried all six modes). After that, I do some exercise (mostly running in the morning and occasionally swimming in the evening). I’ve been doing it for 10 days and I find it’s a little different! My body began to change!

My adominal stimulator arrived in a timely manner. The instructions were easy to follow. I charged my power packs strapped on my abdominal stimulator and the extra stimulators that come for your arms or your legs. Now I’m on my way to a new hotter me!!!

Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator is easy to use and you can definetly feel the muscles being used, not for those who sont like needles this product feels like getting a tattoo but if you can handle the pain it is rewarding after one use I already felt stronger and ould tell it had worked out my muscles. In the morning I did not have a bunch of pain from using the machine the previous day but still could tell I had used it!!!!! Will update with results.

The stimulator is remarkable! With a range of stimulating patterns and modes. You can easily switch between the modes and intensity levels at the push of a button. It is like aTENS unit but designed to target specific areas. Easy to charge so I don’t need to worry about batteries. I’m excited to use this to assist in strengthening my core. This is a perfect addition to my strength and weightless journey!

Used it for a bit and I can’t say my weight has changed but so seam to be toning up a bit. Wish it came with a placement chart. I have had to look that up on line and was kinda confusing if the placement was right for this particular model

Nice packaging and very easy to use with the instruction book. During using you can feel you muscle is active and you will sweat a little bit.

Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator is great for anyone to use….personally, after spending almost a year due to a bad knee..and virtually not being able to perform routine exercises I thought there was no alternative. Laying around may have resolved the pain issues but it also meant dormant muscles waisting away. I want my abs back :) Its not an overnight process but I can see the difference clearly. I wish they made pads for legs….lost a ton of muscle there….but I do my rehab plus going back to working on my stationary bike…hopefully will aid in my recovery.

Easy to use. There are different levels you can change it. You can use this to relax your muscles.

Easy to use. I like the different modes. It also helps with period cramps ladies. I put the smaller one on my lower back.I put the bigger one on my stomach and can feel my muscles getting a little work out. I look forward to seeing if I get any results in a couple months with diet and exercise.

I use this simulator every day now. I don’t really have time for training especially now working from home.I put the simulator on my abs and two on my triceps. I keep it on there for at least 25 min every day. The first time was very off feeling but you’ll feel your muscle it working without moving your body. Highly recommended.

Can definitely feel the muscle contractions when having it on

This feels like the exact electro muscle stimulation my chiropractor uses. So I use it for my sore back as well as you can use it as a workout while driving to work.

My husband bought this for his back and to strengthen his core. He does weights at the gym 4-5 times a week and is on his feet all day at work Monday to Friday. It is similar to what our chiropractor uses before adjusting us but on a smaller scale. My husband loves it. He says it’s easy to use. He puts it on his stomach and hips for 30mins watching TV. I’ve started using it on my hip. We both feel a big improvement and a reduction in our pain level. We are ordering a second one so we each have one!

Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator is great! But use of the gel pads leaves marks, as I want to hide this, but no one knows what it is so I guess it’s ok.

I liked the Ultimate Abs 360 Stimulator because it is easy to charge and also use.

Ok i am in good shape just the stomach area needs help because I have a lower back problem so its hard to do sit ups. Now to help everyone else… the Toner machine does work contracting the muscles. But…. You have to help as well so since i have problem with lower back… Lay on your back and bend your knees together bringvtoward your chest and lower your legs. (Breath through your mouth) you dont have to do sit ups sndvyou will see a change. By doing this you are helping the your stomach area as well put you are not doing a whole lot of work because you Ordered the Toner machine. Last, watch what you eat. Put away ice cream, and cakes and candies. Eat salad. I put blue berries and strawberries snd bananas on my salad. Do not use italian dressing all the time because oils.Thank you for reading.
